To order via email:
- SAVE the Excel catalogue to your computer.
- Fill in your contact information and your order. (You may delete pages you don’t use.)
- Save your order on your computer.
- Email us at contact@highqgreenhouses.com and attach your saved Excel order.
We will confirm receipt usually within 1 working day. To order by fax or mail you may choose to fill in your catalogue pages or print the PDF catalogue pages you require and mail or fax them to us.
Minimum order: 1 box.
Pickups can be arranged by appointment.

Catalogue Orders are prioritized by date received. We require a 12 week lead time to guarantee orders. To help you with this calculation, refer to our calendar. Confirmations will be sent in a timely manner. Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation prior to your shipment date. The confirmation is not an invoice. **Please read all of your order confirmations. We rely on you to let us know if we did not process your order correctly. Any substitutions or non availabilities wil be noted in the Comments Section located on the second to last or last page of your order confirmations.
Catalgoue items are subject to availability of seed and stock.
We make every possible human effort to grow the very best product for you and we try to accommodate all your requests. However, should our product not perform to our high standards of quality, we may hold your shipment. Your best insurance to receive your desired plants is to order early, as we reserve product acording to the date we receive your order. We truly want you to be impressed, please order early.
Back Order - Unless we are notified, a Back Order will be shipped at regular shipping charges; normally two weeks later.
Special Orders - are accepted. If we can fill your request, then please be advised that a premium price will apply. Any special Orders should be placed prior to the end of the calendar year of 2009.
General Availability - From approximately Week 7 to Week 22 our Availability List can be emailed to you or viewed and downloaded off our website. Items ordered from the availability will be shipped the following week. If you do not have access to the internet and wish to receive the Availability List weekly, please notify the office of your Greenhouse name and fax number.
Tags - are supplied with spring plant shipments when available from our suppliers. Your cost is $0.0275/tag. You can opt out of purchasing tags from us by initialing the appropriate line on the order form. If you opt out, no tags will be sent or billed with your shipment.
Please be advised High Q Greenhouses has an obligation to our licensed plant suppliers to notify them of any customers purchasing plants without tags Tags are required on all patented plant varieties. Our suppliers require you adhere to strict guidelines for content when you generate your own tags For annual plugs (512 trays) you must supply your own tags.
FINISHED PLANT CATALOGUE (WHOLESALE) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum Wholesale orders $750.00. Any order less than $1000 within Edmonton and Greater Edmonton area will be subject to a $60.00 delivery charge.
- Any orders $1000+ within Edmonton and Greater Edmonton area will have delivery included.
- Any Order $10,000+ outside of the Greater Edmonton Area will have delivery included.
- All orders under $10,000 outside of the Greater Edmonton area will be subject to a $60.00/hr rate, from the time the truck leaves High Q Greenhouses until it returns to High Q Greenhouses. If there is moe than one customer order on the truck the customers will share proportionately the hourly rate.
