Canadians work on average 38.5 hours per week according to Stats Canada. That means we can be spending more time with our co-workers than we do with our families. It stands to reason then that we should strive to create harmonious work relationships and atmospheres, if only for our own self-preservation! If you think about it, if we are happy and having fun while we work, that light-hearted energy can only affect our products and our customers positively. And we all know where that will lead; the happier the customer is the more likely they are to return!
